Terms and Conditions (Penble Inc.)

Effective Date: September 10, 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of products and services offered by Penble Inc. and its operating divisions: Penble Tiny Homes and QuickLaunchSites (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our products or services, you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Penble Inc. is a Canadian corporation registered in Ontario.
Operating divisions include:

Penble Tiny Homes – specializing in the design, construction, and sale of small-footprint homes.
QuickLaunchSites – specializing in website design, hosting, and digital services.

2. Payments and Deposits

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
Deposits are required to reserve services and are subject to the refund policies below.
Credit card statements will show Penble Inc. as the billing entity.

3. Refund Policy

QuickLaunchSites: Deposits are fully refundable if we fail to deliver the agreed website within the stated timeline.
Penble Tiny Homes: Deposits for home builds are refundable only prior to commencement of construction. Once materials are purchased or work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

4. Delivery of Services

QuickLaunchSites: Website builds are typically completed within 7 business days of receiving required content and information from the Client.
Penble Tiny Homes: Build timelines are estimated and subject to supply chain availability, permitting, and site conditions.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely information required for project delivery.
Ensure any supplied content, images, or materials do not infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

Penble Inc. and its divisions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

8. Updates

Penble Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will be published on our official websites.
